Rule: In inverted constructions, the subject comes after the verb.
Examples:
- Never have so many people moved to this town.
- Not only do they come in groups, but they also bring their families.

Order:
Determiner → Descriptive → Colour → Nationality → Material → Noun Head
Adjective order: Example 2

Order:
